Customer service did eventually answer my question, but it took longer than I expected for something simple. What bothered me more was the tone, it kind of felt like they were talking down to me instead of just helping. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either.

I ordered from Franks Great Outdoors everything went smoothly. The site was easy enough to figure out, my order showed up without any problems, and the packing was solid. I remember thinking, okay, nice, nothing to complain about here. The only thing that made me hesitate a bit was the shipping cost. It wasn’t outrageous or anything, but it was a little higher than I expected for what I bought. So yeah, I’m giving it 4 stars for that reason. If the item price is good, I’d definitely order from them again.

It was helpful overall, but some of the advice felt mixed. I got what I needed, just not as clearly as I hoped.

I thought they had a solid mix of outdoor gear, especially if you’re into fishing or hunting. I did spot a few brands I already like, which was nice. For the price, the jacket seems okay overall. It feels sturdy when I wear it, so I thought it was going to hold up really well. But after wearing it a few times, I noticed some of the stitching looked kind of messy, which confused me a bit because the rest of the jacket feels solid. Not terrible, just a little unexpected.
